International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees charged by local authorities.

Returns and Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a refund within 60 days of delivery, even if you’ve opened and tried the product.
To request a refund, contact us at contact@trybloombod.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your experience.
Refunds apply to one opened packet per order for first-time purchases only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Cancellations
You may cancel or change a subscription at any time before the next order is processed. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may qualify for a refund under our 60-Day Guarantee.
Pre-orders can be canceled before they ship. After shipment, you may request a refund once you receive your order.
